Multi-Client Targeted Trade Missions

To connect U.S. food and beverage suppliers with European industry partners, mk² organized a series of three focused trade missions for clients ASMI and Food Export. The intent of each mission was to foster new trade relationships and increase export business for American food and beverage products. Trade missions targeted Benelux, Scandinavia, and Poland, and included facility visits, store checks, and one-on-one trade meetings.

Suppliers of U.S. food and beverage products representing the seafood, snack, brewing, beverage, and food ingredients sectors were invited. During the trip, American industry members were introduced to importers, traders, and processors in Europe. In addition to the industry matchmaking, mk² worked with local U.S. embassies to provide detailed trade briefings and market intelligence, giving participants critical insights into local markets.

In total, mk² organized 185 meetings between American and European food & beverage industry representatives. The targeted missions led to over a million dollars in projected sales for the participating U.S. companies.
